Cala Group Limited

Cala Homes is one of the UK’s leading homebuilders with a strong heritage in designing and building sustainable new communities across Scotland, South East England, the Cotswolds and West Midlands.

With a design-led approach, we create aspirational homes for everyone from first time buyers to downsizers, as well as partnering with local authorities and registered providers to deliver much-need affordable housing.

We believe in collaborative development, working with landowners, planners and local communities on development proposals and we add long-term value to local communities through contributions to new services, facilities and infrastructure. We also support hundreds of local charities and good causes every year through our national community bursary initiative and local sponsorship.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we have an independent 5-star rating for customer service from the Home Builders Federation .

Our focus at Cala is on building a strong and sustainable business that provides exciting career opportunities for our people, contributes to the communities in which we build and leaves a lasting legacy for future generations to come.
