Konserve ve hazır yemekte “Lezzet Aşkı” sloganı ile 1982 yılında Edremit Körfezi'nin nadide ilçesi Burhaniye'de kurulan Burcu Gıda, Anadolu lezzetlerini modern teknolojiyle birleştirerek hızla büyüyen bir gıda firması haline gelmiştir. Yapılan yatırımlarla hem kapasitesini hem de ürün yelpazesini genişleterek sadece Türkiye pazarında değil, uluslararası pazarlarda da aranılan bir marka konumuna ulaşmıştır. Having established with the slogan “Love of Flavour” in conserved and convenience food in Burhaniye, a lovely town on the gulf of Edremit, in 1982, Burcu Food has combined the Anatolian flavours with the modern technology and become a rapidly-growing food company.
