BPC SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS OF USE

The BPC’s social media channels are actively monitored from 8.30am to 5pm on business days.

We value the feedback, questions and contributions we receive on these platforms and encourage respectful conversation and engagement from all members of our community.

To help us maintain a safe, informative and inclusive online space, we ask that all users understand and adhere to these guidelines when posting to our channels.

Please note we are unable to respond to questions or complaints about individual practitioners. These will be directed to the BPC’s customer service team or our website and any identifying comments will be removed.

Respectful participation

We will not tolerate content that is:

- Disrespectful, offensive, crude, hateful or discriminatory

- Defamatory, false or misleading

- Racist, inflammatory or targeting individuals or groups

- Designed to make others feel unsafe

- Off-topic, repetitive or irrelevant to the conversation

- Spam, promotional or commercial in nature

- Campaigning for a product, service, cause or initiative

- Infringing on the privacy, intellectual property or legal rights of others

- Otherwise inappropriate or in breach of community standards.

Moderation policy

We reserve the right to remove or report any comments that violate the above guidelines, and to block or restrict from our pages users who repeatedly breach these standards.

We may remove comments that identify individuals or businesses and which therefore may post a defamation risk to the BPC.
