Brightwood Technologies
IT System Custom Software Development
Overview
Brightwood is forward-deployed AI engineering, nearshore. We deploy AI into the systems enterprises actually run on, and we embed as vetted capacity for teams that need to deploy faster than they can hire.
Our team combines proven AI and integration engineering with senior enterprise leadership experienced in SAP and commercial operating environments. The depth is earned in the hardest places to integrate: live commercial truck dealer DMS, parts and service operations, and SAP-native enterprise systems. We have shipped production voice AI and SAP write-back at the quality-gate level, zero nonconforming material movements to production since go-live.
We deliver each engagement as a custom implementation scoped to your environment. Deployment measured in days, not quarters. Under your process, your flag, with US-Central time overlap.
Led by David Smith as Cofounder with nearshore engineering capacity in Mexico. Headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Open to conversations with AI-native teams scaling deployments, enterprise and DMS platform vendors, integration partners, and PE operating teams.
