Brierley Homes

At Brierley Homes, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality homes that our customers are proud to own.

The company was established by North Yorkshire Council, and the work we do is defined by a set of core values:

• Design – we place beauty and design firmly at the heart of what we do

• Quality – we deliver high standards of construction quality in outstanding locations

• Customer Care – we are committed to personal and effective customer care

• Social Value – the value we generate is used to support front-line Council services

Each of our bespoke developments include design details which reflect our aim of providing exceptional new homes in the stunning surroundings of North Yorkshire.

Reflected in all our developments is our attention to detail, in the design and layout of the homes, through to the quality of construction. This continues with our dedicated after-care team who are there to support customers in the months after they first move into their new home.

We are an A1 rated NHBC developer, proud members of the Home Builders Federation and also subscribe to the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
