1973 yılında Borusan Holding bünyesinde grup şirketlerine hizmet vermek amacıyla kurulup, 2000 yılında deneyim ve bilgi birikimini grup dışı firmalara da sunup, sınırlarını aşmak için Borusan Lojistik adını alarak "entegre lojistik hizmet sağlayıcı" olarak yeniden yapılandı.

Borusan Lojistik; Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri’nde Borusan Logistics International Gulf FZE, Cezayir’de Borusan Logistics International Algeria SPA, Hollanda’da Borusan Logistics International Netherlands Cooperatie U.A. ve A.B.D.’de Borusan Logistics International USA Inc.ve ve Kazakistan’da Borusan Logistics International Kazakhstan LLP şirketleriyle geleneksel mükemmelliğini ve güvenilirliğini yurt dışına taşımaktadır.
