Blocharch

Blocharch is an architect-led architectural production and remote delivery partner supporting UK architecture practices.

We help practices scale delivery capacity without the cost, risk, or disruption of expanding in-house teams. Operating as a seamless remote extension of our clients’ studios, Blocharch integrates directly into existing workflows, systems, and quality standards, delivering output that feels fully in-house while improving efficiency and consistency.

Our South Africa–based team works exclusively with UK-focused practices, providing drafting and architectural production support across planning-stage documentation, existing and proposed drawing sets, tender packages, and construction documentation. Our work spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with every drawing set aligned to UK documentation benchmarks, building regulations, and office-specific conventions.

Blocharch was founded to address the growing pressure on UK practices: rising staffing costs, recruitment delays, and fluctuating workloads. Rather than short-term outsourcing or transactional drafting, we build long-term partnerships based on reliability, continuity, and trust. Our embedded, seat-based model gives practices dedicated production capacity and predictable monthly costs without HR, compliance, or infrastructure burdens.

Quality control is integral to our process. All work is reviewed internally, issued in clear, submission-ready packages, and refined through direct feedback loops. Confidentiality, IP protection, and controlled communication allow practices to retain full ownership of client relationships and design decisions.

Led by a qualified architect with direct UK collaboration experience, Blocharch provides single-point accountability and hands-on oversight across every project. We work as partners, not suppliers — because our clients’ success is our success.
