Black Heights is a talent development company that works with individuals and teams to enhance interpersonal effectiveness and create emotionally intelligent cultures. We are passionate about improving the way people connect and build relationships in our technology driven culture. Our team provides coaching, mentoring and group training programs to individuals, corporations, government, universities and not-for-profit organizations. We also provide keynotes speeches at local and national conferences. We have discovered that most companies are focused on technical training and don't include the critical soft skill component until problems occur. Creating emotionally intelligent cultures involves a thoughtful plan with learning options that appeal to all learners, including bite size programs which are targeted at specific skills sets.
