Overview
The BioNanoPlasmonics Laboratory at CIC biomaGUNE is focused on the synthesis and growth mechanisms of (plasmonic) metal nanoparticles with controlled composition, size and morphology (including chiral shapes); colloidal composites; nanostructured thin films and nanoparticle ordered arrays as SERS substrates; and 3D bioprinting of cellular scaffolds and cancer models. The group is interested in the incorporation of such nanostructured substrates within devices and realistic organoid models for implementation of real detection techniques.
