Bean Buro

A design-driven philosophy

We are an architectural interior design practice founded by Lorène Faure and Kenny Kinugasa-Tsui, who are chartered UK ARB RIBA and French architects, with a team of international designers. The studio was founded in 2013 in Hong Kong and has gained an international reputation for its consistent production of award-wining projects.

Tasteful & distinguished designs

We bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, F&B, retail and mixed-use projects. Our designs are distinguished for their freshness, taste and elegance. We foster a collaborative atmosphere with our clients by involving them in the design process from start to finish. To ensure success, we work with leading specialists and suppliers to provide the best products and results possible.

Narrative Approach

Architecture is an emotional, spatial experience produced by both the user and the creator. Our inspirations stem from the observation, speculation and analysis of contextual aspects such as historical, environmental, cultural and social factors. We poetically interpret the exchanges of these factors to create humanistic narratives for our designs. We are passionate about using artistic representations of drawings and models to explore ‘out-of-the-box’ ideas. These are the driving forces for us to create designs rich in intellectual and imaginative qualities.
