Bayara is people-oriented and keen on expanding its team year-on-year to widen business horizons. In 2019, Bayara celebrated the employment of 1,000 devoted employees from diversified nationalities, as well as different expertise and backgrounds. Such differences from a diverse community help us connect better with the health and nutrition needs of people around the world.

We trust that attracting, developing, and retaining a base of employees that reflect the diversity of our consumers is essential to achieve our objectives. We also believe success and innovation hinges on relationships with diverse partners, professional organizations, and suppliers.
