Tom Bartlett founded Bartlett Bearing Company, Inc. in 1951 with only two employees. Today, Gayle Musser, his daughter owns and operates the business with a staff of just over 70. The company has expanded to seven locations across the country: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Gastonia, North Carolina – Hebron, Kentucky – Pelham, Alabama – Tampa, Florida, Grain Valley, Missouri, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
