Azuro
Real Estate in Switzerland
Overview
Azuro develops and manages a growing portfolio of compact, design-led holiday homes across Europe.
We build the homes ourselves, with our own capital – in places chosen for return: close enough for a weekend, far enough to actually switch off. Every home is built or rebuilt to a consistent standard and fully managed from the start, so ownership doesn't become a second job.
One share starts from €54,000 · 14 nights a year · guaranteed peak weeks · fully managed, €95/month · 24 shares per home. Real ownership — a share you can sell after year one. Not a timeshare, not a rental.
The first homes are taking shape now in Alaró, Mallorca, with the Austrian Alps to follow — opening from autumn 2026.
Recently featured in the Financial Times, Bilan and CNBC.
