As of April 2025, ATECH Proses has officially joined the AQUAPROX Group, a subsidiary of the French Proxis Development Holding. This strategic merger marks a significant milestone for ATECH, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable growth and innovation in the water and environmental technologies sector. Proxis Development Holding stands as a strong and innovative industrial group, generating over €300 million in sales with over 1000 employees worldwide.
