Assembly Buildings

Assembly is a commercial real estate and hospitality brand that transforms, designs, brands, and manages properties.

Just like hotel management companies, we work with investors, developers, and landlords to reposition and operate entire office buildings and commercial assets.

At the core of every project: club culture, a hospitality mindset, a community-building vision, and operational excellence. Assembly delivers value for investors, flexibility for users, and inspiration for communities.

Our Business Lines

• Assembly Buildings: Designing, branding, and managing entire buildings of 5,000 m² and above

• A Lokal: Accessible city-center offices and storage facilities

• Prive: Entire or semi-private office floors, closed to non-members, events, and external meetings

• Arc Brasserie: Our restaurant and café brand

• AWellness: Our brand dedicated to health, wellness, and lifestyle spaces

Across projects, Assembly develops office spaces, urban storage, design & fit-out services, event and meeting venues, restaurants and cafés, medical and wellness practices, and technology hubs.
