Overview
ASSAN PORT; Kibar Holding şirketlerinden Assan Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş tarafından 2010 yılı sonunda hizmete açılmıştır. Açılış tarihi itibariyle İskenderun Körfezi'nde modern konteyner gemilerine hizmet veren ilk konteyner terminali olan ASSAN PORT, Mersin'den sonra aynı hinterlanda yönelik ikinci ve çok önemli bir alternatif haline gelmiştir.
Yıllık 250.000 TEU kapasiteye sahip olan terminal, yapacağı yatırımlarla birlikte 550.000 TEU kapasiteye kısa zamanda ulaşmayı hedeflenmektedir.
ASSAN PORT İskenderun was established by KİBAR HOLDING company, ASSAN PORT OPERATOR INC. at the end of 2010. As the first container terminal in the Bay of İskenderun serving modern container vessels, Assan Port İskenderun has become the second major alternative for the same hinterland after the Port of Mersin.
The terminal's current annual design capacity of 250.000 TEU will be increased to 550.000 TEU with new investments.
