The Munich-based company ASM was founded in 2021 and introduced the VX1 system in 2024, which has since established itself as a proven entry-level solution in the market. In October 2024, DyeMansion and ASM announced a global sales partnership. As of October 2025, ASM is part of DyeMansion - DyeMansion aquired ASM to consolidate market leadership & deliver the most comprehensive Vapor Smoothing portfolio.
