Artemis Industries is a Cyprus-based deep tech company building enterprise AI deployment infrastructure. We help organisations move AI from prototype to production inside their own environment — including sovereign and regulated settings where data cannot leave national borders.

Our flagship product is AI, Can! — an Azure-native Managed Application that lets enterprise and government clients deploy, govern, and scale AI agents on their own cloud tenants. The principle is simple: you vibe code it, we deploy it. We ship real systems into real customer environments, not demos.

Artemis is led by Michael Glaros (Co-founder, CEO & CTO), who brings twenty-five years across Cloud, Enterprise AI, and Cybersecurity, and Valerie Badilla (Co-founder, COO), whose background spans startups, international development, and organisational change. The team currently consists of fifteen people across engineering, DevOps, and delivery, including the two co-founders.

We are a Microsoft Azure partner and have delivered live sovereign deployments for government and enterprise clients in Cyprus and the wider region. Active engagements include a multi-jurisdiction Filipino embassy biometric ID platform, the AI In Government - CySKILLS-AI programme funded by the Cyprus Research and Innovation Foundation (total budget €648,083.69; RIF funding €455,644.88; 36-month delivery), and a smart city transformation readiness project for the local government of Naga City, Philippines.

Artemis also supports two adjacent ventures running on AI, Can! in their own Azure tenants: PromoGoat, a B2B SaaS platform for AI-powered advertising campaign planning, and Tide MRV, a blue carbon measurement and verification venture deploying agentic foundational architecture across mangrove ecosystems in the Philippines and Posidonia seagrass in Cyprus.
