Arkaz Alsharq Building Materials (ARKAZ)

Founded in 2008 as a joint venture between W. R. Grace and Alturki Holding, Arkaz was established on a strong foundation of global innovation combined with deep local market expertise. In 2012, Arkaz became a fully owned subsidiary of Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons (Alturki Holding), one of Saudi Arabia’s most respected business groups, operating in the Kingdom since 1975.

Since its inception, Arkaz has built a strong reputation across Saudi Arabia and the GCC for delivering high‑performance construction chemicals and integrated building solutions, supported by technical excellence and long‑term partnerships.

Arkaz is recognized for its specialized expertise in construction chemicals, supporting projects through reliable waterproofing, concrete admixture, and advanced building solutions. With two fully owned production facilities in Dammam and Jeddah, the company benefits from localized manufacturing, dedicated storage capabilities, and operational agility. This enables sustainable growth and strong alignment with the Kingdom’s evolving infrastructure needs.

Arkaz later became part of Master Builders Solutions, a global leader in construction chemicals with over 100 years of experience, Arkaz combines world‑class R&D and proven technologies with deep local knowledge. Guided by the shared vision “Inspiring People to Build Better,” Arkaz remains committed to delivering performance‑driven and sustainable solutions, contributing to a more resilient and decarbonized built environment.
