Andor Law exclusively serves housing providers in Oregon and Washington. Founded in 2021 by Leah Sykes and Marcel Gesmundo, the firm was built around a clear idea: housing providers deserve legal counsel that understands their business, not just the laws governing it. Our practice includes fair housing compliance and defense, litigation, legislative policy, commercial leasing, property management guidance, and client education. We serve property management companies, housing authorities, nonprofits, trade associations, and individual operators.

Beyond client work, we help shape the region's housing industry. Leah Sykes is a leading authority on complex legal, operational, and policy matters. She serves on the Multifamily Northwest Board and leads major education initiatives, including Oregon and Washington landlord-tenant law programs developed with Multifamily Northwest.

Marcel Gesmundo serves as Vice President and Government Affairs Chair at Multifamily Northwest, leading advocacy efforts on behalf of housing providers across the region. Our attorneys are also instructors and speakers throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Andor Law is a Strategic Annual Partner of Multifamily Northwest and serves members of the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association and the Affordable Housing Management Association.
