Amy Tea Consulting Ltd (ATCL)

At ATCL Search, we are committed to social good. We believe in kindness equity and in opportunity. We care about our most vulnerable people, in social justice, and in a sustainable environment for future generations. We are committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and we honour Te Ao Māori. We believe in a high performing public service, a thriving NGO sector, and businesses that focus on positive impact.

This determines who we work with. Organisations and leaders that share these values. These organisations need exceptional leaders. That’s where we come in.

It also determines how we work. With respect for the mana of each individual. Because we know our work matters, we work hard. We do our homework. We are fast and responsive, and we get the job done.

Leaders can change the world. We find those leaders.
