America First Refining

America First Refining is developing the first new refinery on the Gulf Coast in more than 47 years. The company is advancing the future of American energy through a hydrogen-powered refining complex designed to produce some of the cleanest transportation fuels in the United States. The America First Refining complex is under construction at the Port of Brownsville—a deep-water port, designated foreign trade zone, and critical hub for transportation and industrial development at the southernmost tip of Texas. In collaboration with port leadership and regional partners, the project is positioned to support long-term economic growth while strengthening U.S. energy infrastructure.

Backed by more than a century of combined experience in the chemical and refining sectors, America First Refining’s senior management team consists of seasoned industry leaders.
