Since 2005 Alterra has acquired and managed dozens of mixed use and residential properties from sourcing to design, execution and management. Alterra is vertically integrated and controls the entire value creation process from acquisition to disposition, with expertise in structuring complex transactions and in-house project design, construction oversight, leasing and management.

Our dedicated staff of industry experts strive to provide the highest level of management services for residential, retail and commercial properties. Alterra currently manages 2000+ upscale residential apartments under our residential management division, APG Living.
