All Counties Property Group

All Counties Property Group is creating a national framework for the next generation of estate agency.

Our purpose is to build a smarter, fairer, and more connected property industry that empowers exceptional people, strengthens local communities, and restores confidence in how homes are sold, built, and owned.

We are establishing a network of county-branded estate agencies, led by self-employed agents who combine local expertise with national strength. Each agency will operate under a trusted county brand such as Bucks Property or Herts Property, preserving the character of a local business while gaining the technology, compliance, and marketing capability of a national group.

For agents, our model represents independence supported by infrastructure. It will allow talented professionals to build their own businesses, retain more of their income, and focus entirely on their clients. Our central team will provide the foundation that drives their success, managing technology, compliance, marketing, training, and sales progression on their behalf.

For developers and investors, we are building a complete route from land to sale. Our network of locally based agents will deliver market intelligence, consistent communication, and measurable performance at every stage. This approach will create faster routes to market, stronger returns, and partnerships built on transparency and trust.

Our mission is clear:

To empower exceptional people, accelerate development delivery, and create a fairer, more trusted property market.

We believe in:

• Local expertise, national strength – trusted county brands powered by shared systems.

• Independence with support – self-employed agents free to grow, never left alone.

• Collaboration over competition – uniting agents, developers, and investors around shared success.
