a&f (formerly Allsop & Francis Ltd)

At a&f (formerly Allsop & Francis) we are focused on providing exceptional commercial laundry solutions for our clients. We do this by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial laundry operations. This is achieved by specifying the optimal equipment and laundry operations set-up, accompanied by the training required to run the operation at peak performance.

Established in 1991, our no.1 priority is to provide our customers with great service, excellent value for money and solutions that have been tailored to the specific requirements of each laundry operation.

Being approved professional partners for both Miele Professional, Electrolux Professional and Classeq Dishwashers, is a unique position in the market. This enables us to offer a broad range of the highest quality and most efficient equipment available, tailored to suit our clients' individual needs and requirements.

We know the value of great service backup too. All of our engineers have been directly trained by the manufacturers and have on average over 20 years experience in the industry. Each engineer carries over £12,000 worth of spares, enabling us to achieve a very high first time fix rate, ensuring that our customers get the best level of service, to compliment the best machines.

We take the time to provide free site visits and consultations. By assessing the nature and level of laundry demand at each site, we advise on the optimal equipment and set-up for each laundry operation.

With the flexibility to offer purchase, rental and lease options, as well as ongoing service and maintenance on both new and existing machines, there is a solution we can provide to maximise the productivity and efficiencies of each commercial laundry operation .

We know that by focusing on providing valuable advice and training, rapid support and outstanding customer service, we can build long term relationships with our customers that benefit us all.
