Advance Recruitment is a specialist medtech recruitment agency with a focus on filling sales and marketing positions. Founded in 1997, we are the longest established recruitment agency in our sector.

We help busy medtech leaders accelerate business growth, by working together to recruit and retain the best talent. Having unfilled vacancies is a huge cost to any business when you consider issues such as; impact on customers, lost sales opportunities and team morale as a result of increased work load.

While a range of companies from large, blue-chip corporates to SMEs rely on our expertise, our services are particularly beneficial for start-ups or SMEs, with fewer internal resources for recruitment than some much larger companies.

With over 70 years combined medical sales recruitment experience, you are dealing with true experts in this sector. We understand your market and it’s complexities, which means we know where to find the candidates who can help you navigate these complexities and achieve results.

By using us, you’ll have access to our unrivalled network of medical sales and marketing professionals, which has been built up over all our years in business.

Depending on your hiring needs we are able to offer two different types of recruitment solution. For straightforward, easy to fill roles we apply our contingent service. If you are making a more challenging or critical hire, you have the option of our Advance-d Talent search methodology, which is our headhunting service.
