AddressAdvisor

AddressAdvisor is a home research platform providing rental reviews by tenants who actually lived in the property. AddressAdvisor empowers the renters’ community by sharing the positives and negatives of each property, as well as rental price, security deposit, landlord’s responsiveness and respectfulness. With AddressAdvisor we are changing the way home hunting works around the world.

Our Story

AddressAdvisor was created by a group of young professionals that have been on the sour end of too many rental arrangements. We have experienced first-hand the disappointment of finding out the downsides of a property only after having spent the first week there.

Landlords and real estate agents only share with you the upside of their properties. But how do you find out the truth about how much rent the current or previous tenant is being charged? Whether the landlord is responsive? Any rats/cockroaches as roommates? Is there a tube station nearby that rattles the walls every morning at 3 AM?

These are the real questions you have when you visit an apartment – we know, we’ve been there. That’s why we created AddressAdvisor, to empower tenants like you by making rental home hunting transparent, easy and fun.

Our Goal

AddressAdvisor mission is to help renters making informed renting decisions.

We are 100% Free: AddressAdvisor is not a real estate agent, and does not charge any service fees to users of our site.

We are 100% Unbiased: Unlike agents, our purpose is to expose properties’ shortcomings, rather than hide them.

Help us by joining our global community of renters and by spreading the word among your friends and neighbours.
