Accolade

Accolade is a leading investment group that specializes in providing exceptional infrastructure for businesses across Europe. Our industrial parks serve as the prime locations for global brands in the e-commerce, processing industry, and logistics sectors. With a total of 66 industrial parks spread across the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Spain, the Netherlands and Croatia, we offer state-of-the-art facilities that prioritize sustainability and environmental friendliness, as evidenced by our BREEAM certification and its German equivalent, DGNB.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, we have built an extensive portfolio of properties spanning 3.9 million square meters, valued at EUR 3.9 billion. We not only finance the construction of new projects but also undertake the revitalization of brownfields, a growing area that now accounts for 30% of our portfolio. To date, we have successfully renewed and transformed 1,104,277 square meters of previously abandoned areas. In 2014, we introduced Accolade Industrial Fund, a premier real estate fund that offers qualified investors the opportunity to participate in our activities.

Our vision extends beyond real estate holdings, as we expanded our reach by acquiring Brno-Tuřany, the second busiest airport in the Czech Republic, in 2017. This move aligns with our dedication to a sustainable industry.

We strive to set a high standard not only in terms of business performance but also in corporate social responsibility. Trustworthiness and responsible partnership are fundamental aspects of our corporate culture, and we remain focused in shaping the future of modern European business.
