AAW Project Logistics

AAW Project Logistics is a proud member of the AAW Group — a trusted name in freight and logistics across Australia and New Zealand since 1983.

Established to meet the growing demand for specialised project cargo services, AAW Project Logistics is our dedicated division focused on complex, large-scale transport solutions. We bring together industry veterans and logistics specialists with deep expertise in heavy lift, oversize, out-of-gauge, break bulk, and modular freight — managing critical infrastructure movements across diverse terrains and international borders.

We partner with clients across the energy, mining, infrastructure, renewables, and industrial sectors, delivering tailored solutions built on strategic planning, technical precision, and operational excellence. Our end-to-end capability covers the full project lifecycle — from feasibility studies and route surveys through to permits, customs and biosecurity management, vessel and aircraft charters, and real-time communication throughout.

Safety is non-negotiable. Every operation is underpinned by rigorous risk assessments, industry-leading compliance standards, continuous training, and advanced equipment — protecting our people, our partners, and the communities we work in.

Based in Melbourne and supported by the broader AAW Group network, our leadership team brings over 50 years of combined experience in oversize and project logistics. We are IATA accredited, an Australian Trusted Trader, and ISO certified.

When the cargo is complex and the stakes are high — we deliver.
