Overview
Radyo Üniversite 1994 yılının Nisan ayında Selçuk Üniversitesi bünyesinde kurulmuştur. Türkiye'nin İTÜ Radyosu'ndan sonra kurulan ikinci üniversite radyosudur. Radyo Üniversite yayına başladığından beri birçok yerel radyoya hem teknik hem de yayın politikası anlamında örnek olmuştur. Radyo Üniversite’nin en temel amacı, Selçuk Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi’nde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, teorik olarak aldıkları bilgileri pratiğe dönüştürmeleri ve sektörde güçlü bir şekilde yer almalarını sağlamaktır.
Tümüyle eğitim amaçlı kurulan Radyo Üniversite’nin frekansı MHz bandı 91.5’tir. Sloganı Gençliğin Dinamik Sesi olan Radyo Üniversite, Konya'nın en çok dinlenen frekanslarından birisidir. Radyo Üniversite aynı zamanda internet üzerinden de kolaylıkla takip edilebilecek dijital bir platformdur. Bu sayede etki alanı sadece kampüs veya Konya ile sınırlı değildir.
