Founded in 2018 by Hitesh Goswami and Kshitij Rishi, 4baseCare is a precision oncology company focused on enabling personalized cancer care through genomics. The company develops population-specific genomic insights that help oncologists make more informed, evidence-based treatment decisions for Indian patients. By analysing the genetic profile of a patient's tumour, 4baseCare supports clinicians in identifying therapies that are more likely to be effective, reducing trial-and-error in treatment and improving patient outcomes.

Recognising that much of global precision oncology is built on genomic data from Western populations, 4baseCare has developed solutions tailored to the unique genetic landscape of Indian and Asian patients. Its flagship comprehensive genomic profiling test, TARGT™ Indiegene, provides clinically actionable insights that enable more precise treatment selection.

The company has also developed OncoTwin Insights, an AI-powered clinico-genomic intelligence platform that combines real-world genomic, clinical and outcomes data to support oncologists in making personalized treatment decisions. The platform was recently selected for the prestigious MSK iHub program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, 4baseCare has established one of India's largest precision oncology ecosystems and collaborates with leading hospitals, cancer centres and clinicians across the country. In 2026, the company closed its Series B funding round at ₹128 crore, backed by investors including growX Ventures, Infosys, Yali Capital, Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, to further accelerate innovation and expand access to precision oncology.
