1905 Galatasaraylı Yönetici ve İşadamları Derneği maddi ve manevi olarak Galatasaray Spor Kulübü'ne katkıda bulunmak için 11 Nisan 2001 yılında kurulmuştur.
1905 GSYİAD, Galatasaray değerlerine bağlı, kültürüne sadık; amacı Galatasaray çıkarlarını en ön planda tutarak kulübüne hizmet etme çabası içinde Galatasaray için projelerin üretildiği, tartışıldığı ve hayata geçirildiği bir dernektir.
1905 GSYİAD hiçbir zaman muhalefet odağı olmayı amaçlamamaktadır. Yıllardır saygı, sevgi, dostluk çerçevesinde seçilmiş başkan ve yönetimlerini desteklemektedir.
