Temmuz 2017'de 12 Grup, yerel ve uluslararası öğrencilere yenilikçi eğitim programı ve MBA derecesi sunmak için 41 North School of Business'ı kurdu.

Haziran 2021'de Zeferan Restaurant, Kapadokya'da, gökkuşağı tepeleri ve davlumbazlarla dolu pitoresk bir vadinin ortasında ikinci bir şube açtı.

Temmuz 2021'de Nevşehir ili Mustafapaşa'da güzel peyzaj parkı ve mağara süitleriyle muhteşem otel Ajwa Cappadocia hizmete girdi.
