[Introduction of XChange]

XChange is the largest community of Internet workers in Taiwan, committing to expand the global influence of Taiwan’s Internet professionals. Adhering to the core value of 4C+1A (Community, Connecting, Cross-border, Cooperation, Accelerate), we built a non-profit mutual assistance community, connecting knowledge and resources in the internet industry. Through our hard work, we envision an ecosystem that creates career growth acceleration through the interconnection of academy, social enterprise, and business.

Since the establishment of XChange, it established 5 sub-brands covering five major dimensions:

1. Industry｜Industry Forum: Organize interactive lectures to share the latest trend & insight of the Internet industry, deepening understanding and promoting the exchange of know-how and connection

2. International｜International Development: Organize overseas work sharing sessions in conjunction with branches around the globe to exchange experience and connection

3. School｜Internet Academy: Matching college students and experienced workers through 1:1 mentor & mentee system, unveiling career potential and work opportunities

4. Social Welfare｜Social Contribution: Enhance digital strategy and execution through offline lectures and workshops to empower growth of social organization

5. Public｜Insight Circle: Analyze and summarize the latest industry insight in the industry by leveraging community resource and connection

XChange has established overseas branches in 10 international city around the world to cultivate cross-border talent networks. Our branch includes Taipei, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Jakarta, and Shenzhen.

Our core team members are from top internet company like Google, Facebook, Alibaba, Tencent, Bytedance, and LINE.
