Situated on over 6,000 acres of Cornish land, we produce over 500 million hand-picked daffodils, processes more than 10,000 tonnes of bulbs, and supplies 2 million stems of summer flowers each year to multiple major retailers.
Varfell remains committed to investing in the future of horticulture on a global scale, our recent expansion this summer has significantly enhanced operations with the addition of a new packhouse, dispatch area and cold storage facilities, reaffirming our position as the largest grower and distributor of daffodils worldwide.

Our farms focus on improving soil quality, enhancing plant health, and contributing positively to local water and air quality. The farm leverages the latest automation technologies such as optical graders, GPS, drones, satellite field monitoring, localised weather stations, radar, and lidar to drive efficiencies in production processes. Unique in the industry, at Varfell Farms we grow, pack, and supply over 200 varieties of daffodils, ensuring a diverse and high-quality product range for both UK and European retailers.
