About
UPEK was established in 2008 in Kadirli Organized Industrial Zone to produce Pectin obtained from citrus fruits by Sait Uzundal.
It produces Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Pomegranate Juice Concentrate, Dietary Fiber, Carob Extract, Pomegranate Extract and Slate Extract. In the self-production process, the "Upek Cold Extraction Technique" developed as a result of R&D studies and for which a patent application has been applied is used.
Production ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certified and SANPEK brands with UPEK ever with an additive-free 100% natural products in Turkey and offers its products to world markets.
