Founding partner Turkay Özdemir, who is known and appreciated in the fields of logistics and transportation law and insurance law, has contributed to the legal doctrine and jurisprudence for many years through his academic studies and expert opinions. At the same time, he has provided legal services and consultancy to sectoral companies.
In order to share this comprehensive knowledge and legal experience with national and international companies at the highest level, he has decided to restructure in the name of “Turkay Partners” as of May 2023.
Turkay Partners provides legal services and consultancy to companies in main fields of activity such as logistics, transportation, customs, port management, warehouse services and insurance; in other respects, also provides support to companies in matters such as financial needs and transactions, real estate investments, construction, employee-employer relations, compliance programs, investment tours, general assembly / board of directors processes and relations between shareholders.
Office is located in Istanbul but Turkay Partners has collaborations with law offices in other cities of Turkey and European cities such as London and Hamburg.
