TRIO Otomotiv, founded in 2007, operates from a 1,000 m² production facility and a 300 m² quality laboratory in the Istanbul Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone. Our production capabilities comprise 13 CNC turning centers, 4 milling centers, and KUKA robotic automation systems.
TRIO specializes in hot forging and CNC machining of steel parts, serving the automotive, agriculture, machinery, railway, and various industrial sectors. We manufacture forged and machined components between 0.20–5.0 kg, with machining capabilities from Ø20 to Ø350 mm.
Our quality laboratory performs comprehensive geometric measurements using 3D CMM, Profile Projector, Contour Measuring Device, and Optical Measurement Systems.
