TOBB Türkiye Yazılım Meclisi

The TOBB Türkiye Software Council was established in 2005 under the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) to support the development of the information technology and software industry, address sectoral challenges and strengthen public-private cooperation.

The Council operates under the “Regulation on the Establishment, Duties and Working Procedures of Türkiye Sector Councils,” prepared pursuant to Article 57 of Law No. 5174 and published in the Official Gazette on 12 February 2005.

We bring together leading software companies, public institutions, NGOs, academia and ecosystem stakeholders, contributing to the highest-level representation and sustainable development of Türkiye’s software industry.
