The Focus Gym

The Focus Gym is a project brought to life by three co-founders with over four decades of combined experience in athletics and fitness. Each founder brings to the table differing and complimentary experiences ranging including wrestling, football, fitness modeling, functional fitness, powerlifting, and athletic conditioning.

In coming years, The Gym will, while continuing its focus on white collar clientele with limited time in need of efficiency, expand its range to include athlete preparation for strength and physique-based competitions.

The driving force behind the creation of The Focus Gym was to provide a clean, elite, and intensely personalized environment for its clients to attain their fitness goals within.

The Focus Gym aims to support its clientele with efficient and concise information and unwavering personal attention in the most efficient manner possible while being trained by actual athletes.
