Tezcan Flour Mills is the international brand of Yüksel Tezcan Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., an İzmir-based flour manufacturer built on the Tezcan family’s milling heritage dating back to 1957.

The family’s milling journey began in Afyon-Dinar with a 50 MT/day flour mill and continued in İzmir with the establishment of Yüksel Tezcan Gıda in 1991. Today, under the guidance of the third and fourth generations, the company combines long-standing milling know-how with modern production technologies, R&D and application-specific product development.

In Türkiye, the company serves the domestic market under the Tezcan Un brand; in international markets, it operates as Tezcan Flour Mills.

Our portfolio includes bread and flatbread flours, industrial application flours, biscuit and noodle flours, functional products, and customer-specific solutions developed for different end uses. Moving beyond conventional flour milling, we focus on creating higher-value solutions for bakeries, industrial manufacturers, importers, distributors and retail buyers.

Tezcan was a pioneer in heat-treated flour production in the Aegean Region and launched the region’s first organic flour production facility in 2012. Today, Tezcan Flour Mills reaches more than 40 countries across 4 continents, representing Türkiye in international markets with quality, reliability and an application-focused approach.
