Founded in 1994, Temaş Gıda is one of Türkiye’s strong and trusted brands in the institutional catering and food service sector, with more than 30 years of experience. Built on the principles of quality, hygiene, reliability, and sustainable service, we continu to undertake larger projects every year through our growing production capacity, expanding service network, and expert team.

With a daily food production and service capacity exceeding 120,000 people, the company operates through a large and well-structured organization. Its 5 main kitchens, located in Istanbul Esenyurt Akçaburgaz, Esenyurt Osmangazi, Bayrampaşa, Kırklareli, and Çerkezköy, provide a strong infrastructure capable of high-volume production. These kitchens form the core of transported meal services, on-site production operations, ready-meal services, and large-scale organization catering.

Today, we serves more than 500 customers through over 120 on-site production points and transported meal operations. With an active service network across 50 cities in Türkiye, it acts as a reliable solution partner for a wide range of sectors, from industrial companies and public institutions to educational organizations and private sector businesses.

With more than 2,500 employees, each project is planned according to its specific needs. Expert teams consisting of food engineers, food technicians, and dietitians prepare menus based on calorie, protein, nutritional balance, portion standards, and the needs of each target group. From raw material selection to production, storage, delivery, and service, all processes are managed with a strong focus on quality.

Strengthening its capacity through new building and facility investments, the company has reached a structure capable of serving major organizations. Providing catering services for a concert organization of 118,000 people and supporting the Zero Waste Festival while managing all food service operations are strong examples of Temaş's success
