PPK Consultancy is a boutique engineering practice for payment systems, based in İzmir and working with banks, fintechs and payment companies across Europe since 2020.

Our core craft is the point of sale and everything behind it: POS applications, SoftPOS and Tap-to-Pay products, EMV kernel integrations, terminal management, L3 certification and processor onboarding. We run deep security work on payment HSMs (Thales payShield, Utimaco Atalla) — PIN translation and MAC, key ceremonies, remote key loading under TR-31/TR-34 — alongside PCI DSS, P2PE, PIN and MPoC programmes. Around it, we build acquiring hosts and gateways, trading and custody back ends, and applied-AI products (GenAI, RAG, natural-language analytics) — and we recruit specialist fintech engineers for our clients.

The numbers behind the team: 15+ years in payment systems, EFT-POS platforms serving ~1M terminals, 35+ banks and institutions delivered for, 30+ processors and card schemes integrated — from Worldpay, Worldline, Fiserv and J.P. Morgan Payments to Visa, Mastercard and TROY.

Every engagement is led by engineers who have designed, certified and operated payment systems in production.
