Mertay Makina delivers integrated machinery and manufacturing solutions from Bursa (Nilüfer/Fethiye OSB) since 2007. A 2,500 m² facility and a 54-person team power our core capabilities: bespoke machinery and production lines, 3-/5-axis CNC and precision machining, welded fabrication and steel structures, fixtures–jigs–conveyors, assembly lines, PLC/SCADA/HMI automation, SLS (PA12) 3D printing, and PVD coating. We serve automotive, aerospace & defense, food, textile, and healthcare, shipping to 15+ countries.
Our quality backbone: ISO 9001/14001/45001 and CE; AS9100 alignment in progress. We embed process capability, FAI/PPAP mindset, full traceability, and data-driven control (OEE, MTBF, metrology reports). We handle tight tolerances, hard-to-machine materials, and short lead times, executing end-to-end under one roof—from design validation to ramp-up—with proven processes, reportable quality, and on-time delivery.
