Localvore Biotechnology is a circular biotechnology-focused company dedicated to transforming agricultural and food waste, as well as medicinal and aromatic plants, into high-value-added ingredients. Our founding philosophy is to complete nature’s cycle through science and to transform the bioeconomy into a tangible production model both in Türkiye and globally. Today, the bioeconomy is transcending the mere discourse of sustainability and evolving into a new industrial revolution. Localvore aims to be one of the pioneers of this revolution in Türkiye.
