GAME Key Cabinet is a self-service key handover system built for independent car rental companies.
Rental businesses lose customers when staff aren't available - during late-night arrivals, early-morning pickups, or busy peak periods. Hiring additional staff for these windows is expensive and unreliable. Closing the office means missing rentals entirely.
GAME Key Cabinet removes this constraint. It automates the full key handover process: document validation, contract handling, deposit collection, and key release, all without a staff member present. Customers pick up and return vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The system works with any fleet and requires no vehicle modifications. There is no upfront investment. Rental companies subscribe on a monthly basis, with installation included.
GAME Key Cabinet was developed by Mark Sárközy, a car rental operator with over 20 years of industry experience. He built the first version to solve his own staffing problem, then turned it into a product when he realised the same challenge existed across the industry.
The system has been proven in live rental operations with over 6000 rental annually, and is now being introduced to the wider market.
