Crazee

Crazee was the first strategic consultancy powered by neurodivergent professionals — people with ADHD, autism, and other unique cognitive profiles who saw problems differently and solved them faster.

Our model was built on three simple pillars that neurodivergents need to thrive:

• Community

• Sense of urgency

• Fair and fast reward system

In just four months, Crazee grew to 25 associates across 14 countries. We ran three pilots — with a major Nordic bank, a sustainable plastics company, and an international hotel chain. Each project proved that our ideas were powerful but, perhaps, too far ahead of their time.

The companies loved the vision, yet most wanted to play it safe. Crazee didn’t fail because the ideas were wrong — it failed because the market wasn’t ready.

For everyone involved, it was shocking, humbling, and unforgettable. And for Ramon Crespi, (the founder) a reminder that sometimes innovation runs faster than adoption.
