ATÜ Duty Free, 1999’ların sonunda TAV Havalimanları, Unifree ve Gebr. Heinemann ortaklığıyla kuruldu. Kuruluşundan bu yana havacılık ve mağazacılık alanındaki lider kurumların gücünü taşıyan ATÜ, ilk olarak 80 m²’lik bir mağazada faaliyet gösterirken bugün 7 ülkede, 16 havalimanı ve 1 kruvaziyer limanında toplam 30.000 m²’lik alanda 110’dan fazla mağaza işletiyor. Merkezi İstanbul’da bulunan şirket, 3.000’den fazla çalışanıyla yılda 50 milyondan fazla yolcuya hizmet veriyor.
ATÜ, Great Place to Work Türkiye tarafından verilen “Great Place to Work” sertifikasının yanı sıra, GPTW 2025’te Perakende Sektörünün En İyi İşverenlerinden Biri olarak da seçilmiştir. 🏅

ATU Duty Free was established in the late 1990s as a joint venture between TAV Airports, Unifree and Gebr. Heinemann. Since its inception, ATU has carried the strength of leading institutions in the aviation and retail sectors. Starting out in a 80 m² shop, it now operates more than 110 shops across 7 countries, 16 airports and 1 cruise port, covering a total area of 30,000 m². Headquartered in Istanbul, the company employs over 3,000 people and serves more than 50 million passengers annually.
ATU has been awarded the ‘Great Place to Work’ certificate by Great Place to Work Turkey and has also been selected as One of the Best Workplaces in Retail by GPTW 2025. 🏅
