Founded in 1991, Arkem is a family-owned distribution company focused on supplying essential raw materials and ingredients to the chemical industry.

Presently in 6 countries, Arkem has a strong workforce of well experienced and knowledgeable professionals.

With its vast network of suppliers, Arkem supplies an annual volume of approximately 300.000 metric tons of various chemicals and ingredients to the chemical industry segments such as: coatings, adhesives, ink, packaging, polyurethanes, polyester, polymer, personal care, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, construction, textile, leather, paper, agriculture.

Arkem handles over 500 different products in its portfolio including monomers, alcohols, aromatics/aliphatics, esters, glycols, glycol ethers, plasticizers, amines, fatty acids/alcohols, ketones, surfactants, personal care and pharmaceutical ingredients.

According to ICIS Top 100 Chemical Distributors 2022 list, Arkem is ranked no 28 in Europe and no 57 in the World.
