Since its establishment in 1954 Alarko Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has been operating in the fields of heating, cooling, air conditioning and water pressurization. In 1998, the company established an equal partnership with Carrier, a world leader in its field, and the company’s name was changed to Alarko Carrier Industry and Trade Co. Inc. Alarko Carrier renovated its technology, increased its foreign market access possibilities and competitive power. Main operations of the company have been in the following fields;

Industrial activities are undertaken by the Gebze- Main Plant and İstanbul- Radiators Plant under the direction of the General Management Center and trading and marketing operations are run by sales offices in Istanbul, Izmir, Adana and the office in Antalya.

Alarko Carrier’s General Management Centre, sales office and main plant of the company in Istanbul has moved to the new complex to be built on an area of 60.000 sq.mts. in the Gebze Organised Industrial Area (GOSB).

Training and Customer Services

Alarko Carrier’s basic principle is “Quality Production and Service.” Realising the importance of the human element in the implementation of this principles, the company attaches great importance to training. The company has ongoing training programmes for its employees. Authorised dealers are provided with training courses on general cultural issues, sales techiques, market conditions, effective management and on financial and technical subjects. New products are promoted technically and commercially.
